Insite Support was born from Cameron Toomey's lived experience of managing multiple disabilities and
NDIS plans within his own family. He is a C5 quadriplegic, confined to a wheelchair for 25 years following
a fall causing him to become paralysed from the chest down. Cameron has experienced highs and lows throughout his life and has embraced choice and control to enable him to remove the physical barriers
he encountered in day to day life. Through his personal experience, Cameron is now in a position to support others living with disabilities to navigate and understand the NDIS and the possibilities it provides. He is proud to soon qualify as a registered Counsellor increasing his capacity to support others.
The implementation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) has enabled individuals like Cameron to reach goals that were once unobtainable.

Ashlea is a qualified social worker and has over six years' experience working within the disability sector. She works with a diverse range of clients and enjoys developing strong and effective relationships with her clients, supporting them to live their best life.
Shelley left the corporate world to follow her passion for working within the care and disability sector. She is a qualified counsellor, an experienced business manager and works alongside clients and staff with a high level of integrity, dedication and a great sense of humour.
Emily has enjoyed working in the disability sector for over three years. She grew up on the Sunshine Coast and has in-depth knowledge of the local area and the support services available. She is passionate about providing an exceptional level of service to all her clients.
